Prairie Baseball Academy invites you to get tickets for their annual Scotiabank Scholarship Banquet to be held on January 25th at the Lethbridge Lodge beginning with the scholarship presentations at 6:00pm  followed by the banquet at 7:00.  PBA will hand out over $75 000 in scholarships to their players. 
The guest speaker for this year’s event is Aaron Lavorato an alumnus who has had many experiences since his days with PBA, the most recent was on a fundraising excursion through India on a rickshaw. 
During the banquet, Scotiabank representatives will be selling tickets on a number of Ladies/Men draws with the top prize of a Ladies piece of Jewellery  and a set of golf clubs both valued in the neighborhood of $800.  A 50/50 draw will also be held along with many silent auction items.
There will be a live auction by Balog Auction for such things as a Mariano Rivera signed baseball Jersey, a Bo Jackson signed jersey, a Roberto Alomar signed jersey.  Also to be auctioned is a one day fly fishing trip down the Missouri River with overnight accommodation at the resort on the river.  PBA will also be auctioning work crews of players,  a couple of patio Parties  for  Lethbridge Bulls home games, plus a few other interesting items. 
Tickets are available by calling the PBA office at 403-320-1302 for a very reasonable price of $50 per ticket or a table of 8 for $350.00.
