2025 Canadian College Baseball World Series Off Field Events Shaping Up!

​The 2025 Canadian College World Series (CCWS), the Canadian College Baseball Conference (CCBC) championship tournament, is scheduled from May 15 to 18, 2025, at Spitz Stadium in Lethbridge, Alberta. The Prairie Baseball Academy (PBA) will host the eight-team double-elimination format. ​

The tournament festivities get underway on Wednesday May 14th with the annual CCBC regular season awards and new to this year and White vs Grey High School Academy All-Star game that will pit some of the best high school aged players in Alberta.

Thursday May 18th the tournament gets going for real with games at 10:00 with a pancake breakfast for players and fans alike beginning at 8:00. Thursday is also Seniors Day at Spitz with discounted game and day passes available. The PBA game will be played at 7:00 PM and will be the feature game on each of the first two nights of the tournament.

Friday May 19th is a perfect way to start the long weekend off early and come to Spitz to watch baseball once again as games get going at 10 AM with beer specials all day long from Labatt's and Stronghold Brewery out of Fort Macleod. PBA Alumni are encouraged to attend the 7:00 feature game as well and there will be discounted ticket prices and buckets of beer on sale to alumni and their guests. Ticket packages for the patio at Spitz are also available.

Saturday Spitz Stadium is hosting the biggest end of school party in Lethbridge all day out in right field. Drink special, DJ's, prizes and games will be taking place all day to let post-secondary students unwind after a long year of hitting the books. All post-secondary students who show their ID's at the gate will get a day pass at a discounted price!

Then, to wrap things all up is championship Sunday where a Canadian College Baseball Conference team will be crowned as champion. It's a week after Mothers Day but we thought all Mom's who bring their son or Daughter to the park on Sunday would get in for half price and enjoy the day at Spitz Stadium.
