"Field of Screams" More Then Just a Scary Good Time

The annual "Field of Screams" haunted house at Spitz Stadium not only provides scholarship money to the players of the Prairie Baseball Academy it also provides much needed food to the Interfaith Food Bank of Lethbridge. Through the first 9 days of the event over 2800 pounds of non-perishable food items have been donated by people who have come to the event. People get a discount on their admission into the "Field of Screams" with a donation to the food bank which runs until Halloween Night.

Last years event provided over $30,000 in scholarship funding for the PBA from gate admissions for the "Field of Screams" which shows how popular the event has become for Lethbridge and area residents who are looking for a scare during the Halloween season. The Field of Screams is bigger and better then ever this year and has expanded from the visitors clubhouse all the way to the upper concourse of the grandstand to give people who had attended in previous years a new scare.

Field of Screams runs for three more nights at Spitz Stadium and people who are attending are urged to bring a non-perishable food donation for the Interfaith Food Bank of Lethbridge.
